| Hi, I'm a combat engineer in the US army. I'm about to be seperated on medical reasons. Hoping that they give me a good seperation and don't just shaft me like they have others so many times before. But hey, they actually took the time out and spent the money to do some "re-training" on how to operate in the civilian world. Because believe it or not, most people in the military don't know how to operate in the civilian world. The army, you miss a day of work, or disrespect your boss. They don't fire you. They smoke the crap out of you (make you exercise till you vomit), dock your pay, reduce your rank, and make you do the same work.... less benefits. But you're still guaranteed a job..... |
